Headache

I am having terrible headache from yesterday afternoon. I try to sleep
through night but I could do only maybe two hours in one go, otherwise it
was small sleep and wakeup every 10/15 minutes. Today it was very bad
around lunch time. It is little better now, I hope it will be over soon. I
am having this regularly and except some exercises I never did anything
much against it. Maybe I should start focusing on it more intensively.
