This is shot on the same place but now with about -2EV exposure compensation (1/250 s, F 3.30). As you can see part in dark shadow (inside) is quite dark as it should be. The outside is possible to see details on concrete stones in bright sun. I guess this is just normal handling of difficult light. So it is up to the photographer.
