final price (without postage) will be decreased by this value

This offer is valid 30days after your previous order is dispatched. If you order in this time
final price (without postage) will be decreased by this value

If you write review or more for print(s) you purchased in your previous order
in 30days after that order was dispatched, final price (excluding postage price) on your next order
will be decreased by 10%. This new order however has to be also made in the same 30days period
- 10%, being referred by new cutomer
If new customer is making new order and he/she refers to you, you will get this discount on your
new order (excluding postage price). New order has to be made by you in 14 days after new customer payed
his order.
All these discounts are cumulative. That means for example: if you made order above 150 euro and you we referred
by new ordering customer, you wrote review on previously purchased print and all this you did in less than 14 days,
you will not pay postage costs and final price of your order will be decreased by 40% (10+10+20).
Shipping informations:
- Your order is ready for sending usually between 3 and 5
working days. If that will be not possible I will inform you
by e-mail or telephone.
- We use TNT Post service for all out delivery to keep costs of
it on acceptable level. We prefer "Internationaal Pakket Plus",
as it has insurance up to 500 euro when used inside EU and up to
146 euro when used outside EU. We suggest to use priority option
for quicker delivery. Outside Europe we are strongly against
Economy or Standard, non-Priority option, as delivery time is quite
often up to 10 weeks!!!
- More economy option is "Internationaal Pakket
Basis". This option does not include insurance and we are
not responsible for lost of the package and costs can't be requested back.
- Local delivery in The Netherlands is done by signed and insured (up to
500 euro) packet "Zeker Pakket option from TNT Post.
- You will be informed about delivery costs and delivery time in
checkout process. Informations are fetch on-line from TNT
databases and therefore you are always correctly informed.
- Where on-line tracking is available, the tracking link is
included in your "Invoice Confirmation" e-mail. Tracking may
require up to 24 hours to appear in our system due to potential
delays in receipt of information from individual carriers. It
is also quite often case that even tracking is included by TNT
post, it does not work properly. We unfortunately have no
influence to this behavior.
- Depending on destination, goods may be liable to customs
duty. It is the customer's responsibility to fulfill customs
obligations. We are not responsible for, nor can we
pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectible at the
receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such
amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in
the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a
shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred
from this return will be passed on to the customer.
- We can not ship to PO Boxes.
- Exact delivery price depends also on weight, so more prints can
mean higher delivery costs.
- Delivery is executed after I received payment from you. For
payment option look bellow.
Payment Methods:

Option to choose payment option is presented you in checkout
process based on billing address. Following are possible options
- PayPal option, including credit card delivery without
requirement to make paypal account.
This is preferred option if
using credit card or for payment from outside of European union.

EU Standard Bank Transfer
This is preferred option for payments in Euro countries.

Cash on delivery - REMBOURS
This option is available only for orders in The Netherlands.
Return policy:

It doesn't do either of us any good if you aren't completely
happy with your purchase.

You have a complete 'money-back' guarantee. If for any reason
you don't like the print it can be returned within 30 days of
ship date for a full refund (excluding returned shipping costs).

Prints must be returned in original condition and in original
inside packing.
